I work as Senior Programme Manager (Research) and Engagement Project Manager at the University of Glasgow, supporting the delivery of collaborative research programmes and partnerships. My role involves coordinating multi-institutional projects, supporting programme governance, and working with researchers and partners to help projects run effectively.

Before joining the University of Glasgow, I worked across several international initiatives in higher education, research, and industry. I have over 20 years of experience in project management, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in my career, I was involved in a national public–private initiative in Malaysia that brought together government, industry, and community partners to support sustainable sector development.

I completed my PhD in Marketing at the University of Strathclyde, where my research explored sustainability knowledge and organisational learning in workplace contexts.
