If you are pregnant and would like to take part in a self-guided online course aimed to support mental health and wellbeing in pregnancy, Miriam Boyd would like to hear from you.

Participants will be asked to complete questionnaires at baseline, 6 weeks, and 10 week follow up. This is a feasibility study looking at recruitment for online courses in this population, demographics, feedback on study processes and acceptability of the study and online course.

Participants will complete baseline measures including the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS), the Generalised Anxiety disorder scale (GAD-7), and the Pregnancy Wellbeing questionnaire and some demographic questions. These take around 10-15 minutes total to complete. They will be provided access to the online course which involves 11 short modules (15 minutes each) and online worksheets and books. The course is entirely self-guided; participants work through it in their own time and receive automated emails weekly to support their use and engagement with it.  For the purposes of the study we will follow up at 6 weeks to take the measures again plus a short feedback survey. At 10 weeks the mental health questionnaires will be requested again. Participants retain access to the course for 1 year.
