Biography

Dr Mohammed Waqas Mughal is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the meLAB, James Watt School of Engineering, University of Glasgow. He holds his PhD and Postgraduate diploma (PGD) from the University of Glasgow. He worked as a Analog IC Desinger (KTP associate) in flexible IC design, research fellow and research associate before joining meLAB. His research interests include Analog and Mixed signal design, Cryo-CMOS IC design, Neuromprphic IC, Wireless Power transfer ICs and AI hardware design.

Research interests

Analog and Mixed signal design, Cryo-CMOS IC design, Neuromprphic IC, Wireless Power transfer ICs, Memristors and AI hardware design.
