Laboratory Services

Made up of a cohort of around 7 technicians that are able to cover the various aspects of support and Laboratory management. They have various skills which are applied around the school as required. Examples being :

  • Support and advice on all apsects of setting-up and running wet labs
  • Strong knowledge on the health and safety requirements of Laboratories.
  • Specialist waste management
  • Equipment procurement
  • Support on vacuum systems
  • Compressed gas installation and gas cylinder exchange
  • Technical capability in the areas of Bio-Medics, Infrastructure and Environmental and Laser Optics.
