Biography
Current:
Research assistant on Project Real: Developing and evaluating Project Real, an intervention to help young people grow in skills to spot fake news and online misinformation. Working in collaboration with Dr Yvonne Skipper, Police Scotland, eQuality Time, and PSYV to co-create an intervention focused on identifying and responding to fake online content.
Previous:
Ethics intern for the College of Social Sciences Ethics Committee, June – July 2024: Reviewed, audited, and made recommendations for streamlining the staff and Postgraduate Research process of applying for ethical approval for research with human participants.
Research assistant with Education Scotland, 2023 – 2024: Worked with Dr Yvonne Skipper and Dr Christopher Hand on a Systematic Review commissioned by Education Scotland on digital risks and mitigations among children aged 8-12.

MSc Psychological Science (conversion) course: Supporting teaching and learning on Developmental Psychology, Applied Qualitative Methods (AQM), Psychology of Adult Learning, Cognitive Psychology, Clinical Health Psychology, and Educational Psychology
Student Learning Development: Lecture courses, seminars, workshops, and 1:1 appointments for students across the Colleges of Social Sciences and Humanities focused on academic writing, critical thinking, planning, structuring, and editing dissertations, professional skills, research, and study skills.
