Gibran has been working as a graduate teaching assistant at the Adam Smith Business School (ASBS) since 2022. He has been involved in tutoring several courses in the management and marketing. Before joining the ASBS as a PhD student in 2021, he worked as a lecturer at Primeasia University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. In his early career, he has also worked in leading banks in Bangladesh in different capacities. 

He holds MSc in HRM & Business from Aston University, UK and MBA in Marketing from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh
