LEADERS awards provide funding for early career researchers in SULSA Universities to undertake significant training and personal development opportunities in parallel with their existing research careers. LEADERS award holders will undertake a period of placement/exchange of at least one month in a different lab to their own in order to gain insight and new skills in a different setting.
