Biography

Hannah is the public engagement manager for the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Parasitology. She has a Bsc (hons) in Biochemistry from Northeastern University if Boston, USA and a Masters in Immunology and Inflammatory Disease from the University of Glasgow. She previously worked as a member of the clinical trials unit for rheumatology, as a neuroimmunology researcher assistant with Professor Hugh Willison, and was one of the initial volunteers tasked with setting up the Lighthouse Lab in Glasgow. She has developed and ran events for the Cheltenham Science Festival, Glasgow Science Festival, Glasgow Pint of Science, and Glasgow's Explorathon.
