Rheinallt Jones
Rheinallt (Reg) is a veterinary surgeon and animal nutrition researcher based at the University of Glasgow, where he is a Lecturer in Animal Nutrition. His research centres on the digestive physiology and nutrition of ruminant livestock. Alongside his academic role, Reg works in industry as the Research and Innovation Lead at McArthur Agriculture, a company concentrating on UK-grown non-soya protein sources in animal feeds.
Reg joined SCAF because he wanted to build his career on the principal that meaningful progress on sustainable nutrition depends on treating human and animal nutrition as one connected system rather than two separate disciplines.
