Rachel Norman
Rachel is a mathematical biologist working on models of infectious disease dynamics and control in wild and farmed animals. In 2013, she changed her focus to food systems and is particularly interested in understanding non-linearities such as trade-offs and feedback loops in the food system.
SCAF has provided me with excellent networking opportunities across a range of events. It is a very collegial and supportive network. I have particularly benefited from writing retreats.
