Kate is SCAF's communication officer. She stepped into this role in May 2026 after supporting a dietary intervention study on healthy ageing and wellbeing. During her MSc in Public Health Nutrition, Kate explored nutritional adequacy, knowledge and practice among people following plant-based diets in the UK.
