Russkaya Cappella (Scotland’s Russian Choir) will be performing Kastalsky: Requiem for Fallen Brothers

Russkaya Cappella will perform Kastalsky: Requiem for Fallen Brothers accompaniment arranged by Graham Hair, together with the Aurea Quartet with double bass, conducted by Stuart Campbell

Kastalsky: Requiem for Fallen Brothers was composed during the First World War as a memorial to Allied soldiers who died in the course of the war. The requiem draws on funeral music in the Orthodox, Roman Catholic and Anglican traditions.
