Market Evaluation

To evaluate the effectiveness of the market we will recruit participants living in Cranhill and Govan to complete a food-based questionnaire about their purchase habits and other lifestyle factors before the markets have been implemented and six-months after the markets have been set up in their local communities. This will help assess if the intervention changes the food purchase habits of the communities and increases their intake of healthier food.
