Dr Hadi Heidari Wins IET Award

C-MIU academic Dr Hadi Heidari has won the IET Healthcare Technologies J A Lodge Award
Dr Hadi Heidari, Senior Lecturer and C-MIU academic, has won this year's IET Healthcare Technologies J A Lodge Award. The Award is given annually to an early career researcher in the field of electrical and electronic biomedical engineering.
Dr Heidari leads the microelectronics lab with work the interfaces the body and senses with electronics systems and sensors, such as contact lenses which monitor the wearers health, gesture sensors to control electronics and wireless, MRI-compatible neural implants for treating neurological disease.
