The MSc in Mechanical Engineering has been developed for students with different training backgrounds or from different educational origins. It is particularly suitable if you currently work or intend to work in Mechanical Engineering industries.
The School of Engineering has extensive contacts with industrial partners who contribute to several of their taught courses through active teaching, curriculum development and panel discussion. Recent contributors in the area of Mechanical Engineering include Babcock, Howdens and Terex.
During the programme students have an opportunity to develop and practise relevant professional and transferable skills and to meet and learn from employers about working in a wide range of industries.
