Research Summary
My research focuses on developing and optimizing Phage Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (PhIP-Seq) to identify and characterize immune responses to emerging viruses in bushmeat hunters. This study will further compare such responses from hunters in East and West Africa, specifically in Uganda and Guinea, using the combination of PhIP-Seq and conventional serological methods.
