Research Summary
My research focuses on the development and validation of patient-specific computational models for cardiovascular applications using in vivo clinical images. I specialise in medical image processing (MRI, CT, echocardiography), mesh generation, and finite element analysis to characterise soft tissue biomechanics. I have a particular interest in inverse modelling techniques to estimate tissue material properties, and in integrating imaging-derived boundary conditions in simulations. My work aims to support clinical decision-making through translational modelling approaches.
