The University of Glasgow in association with the British Electrophoresis Society and International Council of Electrophoresis Societies is hosting a conference on 'PROTEOMICS: PRESENT PERSPECTIVES AND FUTURE CHALLENGES' on 27th-30th May 2003, at the Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre,Glasgow.

The Scientific programme will encompass the latest developments in protein separation and its applications in the growing and important field of proteomics including: Advances in Protein Separation; High throughput Proteomics; New Developments in Mass Spectrometry; Analysis of Posttranslational Modifications; Interaction Proteomics and Protein Arrays; Diagnostic applications of Proteomics
