What does it mean to be a Systems Support Analyst
What people may not know is that our team look after an array of different systems at the University in addition to the UofG Life App. For the app, I work alongside the developers to devise new features and ensure any new or improved features are quality tested before they reach you. We might be a small team but we are stronger together.
What do you enjoy most about supporting the UofG Life App?
If I had a tag line for myself it would be "Built to help people". I love that I can have direct contact and feedback from users via our helpdesk and be your voice alongside helping with any issues you may have. Yes it's me you will be talking to. Hi!
What have you seen as the biggest advances in app technology, and what is your favourite app?
I do enjoy a more personalised experience in apps. My favourites are the Calm (Meditation) app for it's beautiful design, colour palette, layout, personalisation and general zen feeling. I also like apps that help me with tasks, like the Mob (recipe) app. You can create meal plans from their library of recipes and it will provide your shopping list. Nice!
