What is a Change Network?

A change network is a collective group of individuals that includes staff from across different areas that help to implement change and provide feedback to leaders who are shaping and transforming an organisation.

Why should I join?

Being part of a group of people, like a Change Network, will help you expand your own network, learn new skills and hear different perspectives. For the University, an active Change Network means regular feedback and support from staff who want to help shape and support change.
