The Glasgow City Council is looking for the views on its revised climate plan. The consultation opened in mid-December and will stay open till Sunday, 15 February 2026.

The plan highlights what action needs to be taken across the city to help reduce emissions and prepare for the impacts of climate change. It prioritises the wider benefits that the people of Glasgow will experience as a result of climate action, including reducing child poverty, improving the conditions of buildings, creating jobs, improving mental and physical health and more.

Alongside the online questions, there will also be a series of engagement opportunities and events across the city. Keep an eye on the Glasgow City Council social media for details, or look out for information posters in local libraries and sports centres. A variety of resources supporting the plan will be available in early 2026.

If you would like to find out more about the plan or learn more about the extra resources available, you can get in touch with the Glasgow City Council Sustainability Team
