We are pleased to let you know that our Summer 2022 Graduation Ceremony Timetable is now available.

Enrolment for our summer graduations will take place between Thursday 21 April and Friday 6 May 2022.  Please remember that it is important to enrol to graduate, even if you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony and are graduating in-absentia.  You will need your degree parchment and HEAR (Higher Education Achievement Report to support further study or employment applications).  If you hope to be qualified in time to graduate in summer you should also enrol even if you haven’t received your final results.

We’ll send you a further reminder with instructions on how to enrol, before enrolment opens.  In the meantime, please make sure that your contact information, degree program and ‘Primary Name’ are up to date in MyCampus.  Your ‘Primary Name’ will be printed on your degree parchment and should be the same as that shown on your birth certificate and passport.  If your Primary Name does not match these official documents, you must contact the Student Services Enquiry Team to update your MyCampus record.  Documentary evidence of the name change will be required.  To submit a name change request please log on to the UofG Helpdesk and click on Request or Report Something, then search for the SSET: Update Personal Information Request form.  For further guidance please visit the Student Services Enquiry Team website.

Graduates from 2020 and Summer 2021

We are committed to holding graduation events for graduates from 2020 and Summer 2021. We will share details of all the events planned once they have been fully confirmed.

Please note Graduation events may be subject to change due to Scottish Government guidance on COVID-19. Full details on Gradution and contact details if you have any further questions about enrolment for the team can be found online.
