Events offer you the chance to engage with like-minded individuals from the student and local entrepreneurial community. These range from networking opportunities through to chances for you to develop entrepreneurial skills key to your future development. Events are open to everyone whether you are at the beginning of your journey or about to take the final leap by launching your business.
With restrictions now easing in Scotland, we are beginning to explore in person events once more. Unless otherwise noted, events will be delivered in person. Where possible we will seek to deliver these in a hybrid format.
In line with University of Glasgow policy we are currently limiting attendance at these events to 50 participants. We are hoping to relaunch our networking events in late October providing an opportunity to hear from current and past student businesses as well as established start up founders. Food and refreshments will be provided.
These events provide an opportunity to:
- Mingle with like-minded entrepreneurs
- Meet our rising stars and pitch your own business to a group of influential and well-connected business people
- To promote your business venture
- Hear from a range of excellent speakers reflecting on their own business journey and topics of relevance to the business start-up community
