Submit content for social media
The University of Glasgow has hundreds of thousands of followers on Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. If you’d like to submit content to share with our social media communities from the official UofG accounts, please contact the social media: socialmedia@glasgow.ac.uk with the following details:
- Your suggested text for the post (no more than 280 characters)
- Links to any websites/pages you’d like to direct people towards
- Any relevant social media accounts (X handles, Facebook pages, etc)
- Attach or link to any photographs, images or video content to illustrate/support your post
The Social Media team will assess if the content is fit for the official UofG accounts and in some cases may direct you to more appropriate channels. Allow two working days for a response.
