University Gift Shop and Book Shop
Sstaff can receive 10% discount at the campus bookshop, both online and in person.
The bookshop website is www.js-glasgow.co.uk. Staff can apply their discount by entering the code GU-STAFF at the checkout.
Staff can receive 10% discount and redeem their discount in the Gift Shop in person by showing their staff card at the till. To redeem the discount online, they just need to check out using their current University e-mail address, and enter the following code at the checkout: UNIEMAIL10.
The Gift Shop is on the ground floor at the North Front of the Gilbert Scott Building (facing onto University Avenue). We're open from 10am to 5pm, Monday to Sunday.

University of Glasgow Ferguson Bequest- Attraction Tickets & Ballots
Professor Thomas Ferguson bequeathed his estate to the University in 1977, with the instruction that the money be used to foster the social side of University.
The Ferguson Bequest offers many Attraction tickets and Ballots to all members of University of Glasgow staff holding a contract of employment
University of Glasgow Short Courses
University of Glasgow Staff can get a 10% discount on short courses.
To obtain the discount, enter code UOGSTAFF10 at the final page of the shopping basket.
Give As You Earn
The University of Glasgow is pleased to partner the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) to offer Give As You Earn (GAYE), a payroll giving scheme which enables employees to give to UK charities, straight from their pre-tax salary. Many charities prefer receiving donations through CAF Give As You Earn, as they do not have to claim Gift Aid, allowing them to wholly focus on fulfilling their mission.
