UKRI Timesheets
The University of Glasgow has introduced a new online Timesheet Management App to meet requirements set by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), excluding Innovate UK. These requirements include strict deadlines for submitting and approving timesheets and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The Timesheet Management App ensures the university avoids issues, such as delayed submissions, which could lead to reduced research funding, whilst providing a reliable solution for timesheet management. Timesheets will be required to be submitted on a weekly basis.
- Timesheets are required for UKRI awards where the DI staff member is working < 100% of their time on a UKRI grant.
- Timesheets must be fully approved within 2 months of the period end.
