The Ukraine Permission Extension (UPE) Scheme allows eligible Ukrainian nationals and their family members to extend their stay in the UK following permission granted under one of the Ukraine visa schemes.
The scheme enables successful applicants to continue living, working and studying in the UK. Initial grants provide 18 months' permission, with a further 24-month extension available for individuals who continue to meet the eligibility requirements.
Applications are free of charge and can be submitted up to 90 days before existing Ukraine Scheme permission expires.
