Management in Action: effective PDR conversations

‘Management in Action’ is a series of development workshops, aimed at all people managers who are looking to practice their management skills. Each Management in Action workshop within the series focuses on a specific people management policy or process, and the learning objective of each workshop focuses on the practical application of University of Glasgow policies and processes.

These sessions provide an opportunity to refresh your understanding of key people policies, practice essential management skills, and explore scenarios. Whether it’s handling complex conversations, navigating performance processes, or developing talent in your team, you will leave each workshop with renewed confidence and practical strategies to apply immediately. Join us to sharpen your skills, share experiences, and keep your management toolkit ready for action.
