The annual staff Recognition and Reward round for 2014-15 is now open.

The annual Recognition and Reward round for 2014-15 is now open.  The Recognition and Reward process is accessible to all eligible staff on Grades 1 to 9 of the substantive pay scale, irrespective of contractual status or length of service. Please note that applications should be submitted to the Performance, Pay and Reward team:

University Services is piloting a combined PDR and R&R exercise for this year whereby any member of staff awarded an Outstanding or Excellent rating through the PDR process will automatically be awarded a non-consolidated, one-off salary award. There continues to be scope for staff in University Services to apply for a Sustained Excellence award, i.e. an accelerated increment or a contribution point.
