Update on Travel Services

Find out more about the new University travel providers.

As of 1 December 2015 the University’s approved travel providers are moving from Capita and Ian Allan to the following:

  1. Domestic travel (all travel within the UK) - Clarity Travel Management.
  2. International travel (all travel out with the UK)  - Selective Travel Management
  3. Hotel and Conferencing - Clarity Travel Management.

Clarity and Selective are currently completing their implementation plans ready for ‘Go-Live’ on 1 December 2015.  To contact them from 1 December 2015 onwards please use the contact details below:

Clarity Travel will be on Campus on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November to provide information on using both their offline and online services.

Selective Travel will be holding their own launch event on Campus in February 2016 and further details of this event will be communicated in due course.
