The University's School of Education plays host this week to a record-breaking annual conference of the Association of Educational Assessment Europe.

The University's School of Education plays host this week (November 5-7) to a record-breaking annual conference of the Association of Educational Assessment Europe:

  • Altogether 99 papers will be presented - more than any other AEA Europe conference.
  • There are more participants - 300 plus 90 attending a pre-conference symposium- than at any previous event.
  • Four pre-conference workshops, a symposium on vocational assessment, and the return of the Assessment Reform  Group have attracted 170 attendees.
  • Delegates are coming from across Europe- Greenland to Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan - and from Australia, Canada, USA and New Zealand.
