With the relocation of the central Human Resources staff to Tay House, there are changes to the way you collect - or renew - your GUID identity card.

Staff ID Cards

From Monday 2 February 2015 staff ID cards will be issued by the University Library, Hillhead Street. Members of staff requiring a new or replacement identity card should go to the Library Service desk on level 2, Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 7.30pm, Saturday and Sunday between 1.00pm and 4.30pm.   You will need to provide Library staff with confirmation of your staff number: if you require assistance with this information please contact the HR Recruitment Team on 0141 330 3898.


Cards will continue to be issued by Human Resources up to and including Wednesday 28th January 2015.  Unfortunately cards will not be issued Thursday 29th and  Friday 30th January 2015 to allow the equipment to be relocated to the Library.
