Petty Cash Changes

From 6 February there are changes to the way Finance deal with petty cash. It has been prompted by the relocation of Finance to Tay House

From the 6 February, the cash window in the finance office, within the main building, will cease to operate. All frequent users who use the service to replenish petty cash have been notified of the changes of process.

If departments require a top up, they must do so by 5 February as all petty cash held by the Cash Team will be banked on Friday 6. After this point they will be required to contact Gail Cullen on Extension 4936 to request additional petty cash where needed.
