Provenance: Henry Suthur (16th century):  faded and soiled inscription ‘Liber patris he[n]rici (?)suthuri mo[na]chi Lundoranj’ (under ultraviolet lamp) on A1r.

Binding: 17th-century vellum with fore-edge cover extensions;  covers decorated with a blind fillet border;  manuscript spine title;  evidence of two leather ties (now lost).   Size:  190 x 134 mm.

Annotations: Frequent marginal annotations (often extracting keywords) in Latin in a 16th-century hand;  occasional “nota” marks and underlining.
Decoration: None. 
Imperfections: Wanting the blank leaf LL8.
