How to make it stick

This phase will ensure lessons are learnt, continually improving ways of working & provide ongoing support.

Change is rarely one thing to be achieved but a chain reaction.  The implementation of a change is rarely the ending for most of our stakeholders which can be dissonant to those involved mostly closely in managing the project, who are more likely to be transitioning to focus on a different priority.

This phase can enable further learning and opportunities for innovation.  It is also an opportunity to celebrate success and inspire commitment to continuous improvement. 

Working through this phase, significantly impacts on the likelihood of the change being sustained and the benefits originally identified, being realised.
