Contract - End Management
The University is committed to engaging all members of its workforce on the most appropriate contract and to doing this in a fair and transparent way. A range of contractual arrangements are utilised, reflecting the fact that levels of work are variable and sometimes unpredictable.
The Contract-End Management process applies to Open-Ended with Funding-End Date and Fixed-Term contracts. These pages provide information for both employees and managers to ensure that the management of these contract types is fair and transparent where an individual's contract is nearing an anticipated funding-end or fixed-term end date.
