All teaching booking requests, including changes to existing bookings, are managed by your School Timetabling Team. Please contact them directly to discuss teaching requirements. If you are not sure who to speak to, please contact your Lead School Timetabler.
- School timetabling teams manage their local teaching space directly on the University timetabling systems, and liaise with Estates Timetabling about teaching in central rooms.
- The University timetabling system (CMIS) updates MyCampus classes, class sizes (enrolment capacity) and meetings overnight with updates which have been made in CMIS by 2pm that day. Please remember to ensure that your enrolment sections are set-up on MyCampus as in previous years for all new or changed classes.
- A mobile Timetable and Room Finder service provides personal timetables, directions to buildings and teaching rooms, iCalendar downloads, and late changes notifications (also by text opt-in) for staff and students. A limited Room Finder service is available to members of the public as well.
If staff have any questions about these processes, please contact your Lead School Timetabler in the first instance.
More information on teaching bookings and the timetabling process can be found in the Policy & Process section of this site.
