Melville Room
The Melville Room provides an elegant yet intimate venue for the truly perfect wedding ceremony. The wood-panelled walls are adorned with original paintings while a beautifully carved fireplace provides the centrepiece; the breath-taking views over Glasgow also combine to make the Melville one of the most unique and yet traditional wedding venues you could ever dream to find.

Timings
Weddings can take place on Saturdays and Sundays during term time and on any day during the University holidays.
Weddings can start at:
- 1200,
- 1400,
- 1600
Your marriage ceremony must start on time. The University can be booked to host 3 weddings each day, therefore in order for you to enjoy your wedding service to the full, each marriage ceremony must commence at the agreed times of 1200, 1400 and 1600.
Failure to do this may impact on the time available to take photographs on arrival and upon exit. It may also require the visiting celebrants to adjust the wedding service to fit the available time.
