Glasgow Science Festival: Ostriches are in the ARC
Ostriches and flowers are in Professor Christina Young’s History of Art lab at the ARC - in paintings and botanical drawings on loan from Argyll & Bute and Kew Gardens. Professor Young will be streaming from her lab, using a combination of optical techniques to research the pigments and artist techniques which have produced the vivid ostriches and subtle colours of the botanical drawings.
