Winter Graduations
As your exciting winter graduation approaches, we want to ensure you are well-prepared. Before you graduate, follow the steps on our Pre-Graduation Checklist.

Identification: If possible, bring your student card for quicker registration. If you no longer have your card, bring photographic ID and your student number.
Transport: Plan your journey and consider alternative transportation options, as parking near the campus is limited.
Accessibility: Contact the Graduations Team if you have specific access requirements. Lift access for guests will be available on the day.
Bag Policy: Avoid bringing large bags or rucksacks, as they are not allowed in Bute Hall. A bag drop marquee is located in the West Quad (behind the chapel) for storage. Note that bags may be subject to search.
General Information:
→ Ensure you arrive at the specified time; failure to do so may result in non-participation.
→ If you enroll for the ceremony but don't attend without prior notification to the Registry, your graduation will be considered in-absentia, and documents will be sent to your recorded home address in MyCampus.
→ Don't forget your student ID card; it's required for ticket collection.
→ The ceremony typically lasts 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the number of graduates.
→ Please be aware that there are no cloakroom facilities on the graduation day.
