Official portrait photography - on graduation days

Ede & Ravenscroft provide the University's official portrait photography service available on graduation days and will be located in the marquee in the West Quad (behind chapel).

Members of the audience may take photographs/videos during the ceremony but must do so from their seats and not move about Bute Hall when graduands are being seated or during the ceremony.

For safety reasons guests seated in the upper areas of Bute Hall must not lean over the balconies.  

Ede & Ravenscroft will photograph graduands on the platform as their degrees are being conferred.  Prints of these shots will be available for sale immediately after the ceremony in the reception marquee in the West Quad.  

Official graduation ceremony recordings

You can purchase a USB drive of the recording of your graduation ceremony.

This can be ordered on the day at the University gift shop or through MyCampus.

Official portrait photography

Ede & Ravenscroft provide the University's official portrait photography service on graduation days. 

Freelance photographers may also be present on campus, but be careful as they may insist on immediate payment and then fail to honour the order. The University does not take responsibility for these commercial payments.

These can be ordered in advance from Learning Enhancement & Academic Development Services (LEADS) or through MyCampus.
