The checklist below will guide you through the steps you need to take to graduate in absentia (without attending a ceremony).
Getting Started
- Graduation enrolment completed
- Graduation enrolment confirmation email received
- Full legal name checked against my enrolment record
- Personal contact details up to date
- Resolved any outstanding academic debt (required to graduate)
In the weeks before your ceremony
- Qualified by the Result deadline
- Ceremony livestream information reviewed
After Graduation
- Final transcript and degree certificate received
- Contact details updated
- Graduation keepsakes purchased (optional)
- Explored alumni services
