Enrol for Graduation
Important: Enrolment is your responsibility. You must complete graduation enrolment during the published enrolment dates
Key information
- You must enrol for Graduation for your degree to be officially awarded
- Enrolment allows us to issue your degree parchment and HEAR
- You should enrol even if your results are not yet confirmed
- You must have resolved any academic debt before you can enrol for graduation. If you have an outstanding debt, you will be unable to complete graduation enrolment.
- Enrolment is your responsibility — you may not receive a reminder
- We cannot accept late enrolments after the deadline
How to enrol
Current students
- Log in to MyCampus via the MyGlasgow Student Portal:
- Once logged in, select My Graduation
- Choose Enrol for Graduation
- Complete the online enrolment form
Former students
If you no longer have access to MyCampus, please contact us during the enrolment period and we will assist you with enrolling.
After you enrol
You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive this, please contact the Graduation and Ceremonial Events Team before enrolment closes.
