Ticket Terms and Conditions
- This e-ticket is valid only for the ceremony specified and admits one person to the Bute Hall. Admission is subject to verification of ticket validity by scanning.
- All attendees must have a valid ticket, including children. Children under 10 years old are not permitted to be seated on the balcony area of Bute Hall.
- The University reserves the right to move guests and seat them in another area of the hall, regardless of ticket area booked.
- Tickets must not be sold, exchanged for value or used for commercial purposes. Any tickets used for such purposes can be revoked by the University.
- Seating in Bute Hall in areas accessed by the Turrets is on bench seating, with no assigned seating. Your ticket does not guarantee you a specific seat or view in the hall.
- Large bags are not permitted in Bute Hall and must be stored in the Bag Drop. Judgement on what constitutes a large bag is at the discretion of University staff.
- No food or drinks are permitted in Bute Hall.
- The ceremony will be photographed, recorded, livestreamed and broadcast. By attending, attendees acknowledge and accept that their image and likeness may be captured and used by the University.
- The University reserves the right to alter event details or cancel the ceremony where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
