Relationship difficulties

Relationship problems are common occurrences and can cause a lot of distress. In our lifetime, we form different types of relationships with others. Whether it is a friendship, intimate relationship, family relationship or professional relationship, inevitably we will come across conflicts and difficulties at some point. Conflicts arise because of individual differences and ignoring or avoiding problems, can be detrimental not only to the relationship itself, but also to our mental health and wellbeing.
