Undergraduate Student Engagement Training

STEM Ambassadors

If you are interested in inspiring young people in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) then the STEM Ambassadors Programme is a great place to start.

Becoming a STEM Ambassador is a three-stage process involving registration, a disclosure check, and training.  This induction training ensures you are equipped with the basic knowledge and information to help you engage effectively with young people.

Science Connects based at the University of Glasgow, is responsible for the co-ordination and management of the STEM Ambassador Programme in the West of Scotland.

A dedicated MVLS induction training event is offered annually along with additional training, mentoring and workshop events.
