Studentships

Potential students can search for academic PhD programs using the links.  The iCASE and Industrial Partnership PhDs are joint funded between The University of Glasgow and industry.  At this stage, academics are invited to submit proposals for student projects. 

Industrial Partnership PhDs

The college has set up this programme to assist academics to create collaborations with innovating industries. The programme provides part funding for PhD studentships alongside industry.  Academic staff are invited to submit proposals throughout the year.  The scheme aims to provide increase collaboration and training for early career researchers. Student Placement Innovation Vouchers

 

Funding is available through Interface to host a PhD or Master's student in an organisation to continue to develop the program from original innovation. Applications have to be match funded by the company (cash and/or in-kind) and applicants must have had a successful standard innovation voucher to apply.  For more information contact jess.mcdonald@glasgow.ac.uk or visit the website.
