Partnerships are at the heart of the Living Laboratory and our triple helix approach between academia, industry and healthcare facilitates cross sector collaborations to enhance open innovation. Our current partners are already working to deliver our series of exemplar projects and we welcome opportunities for further collaboration to enhance our programme and deliver our ambitious vision.
Located within the University of Glasgow’s Clinical Innovation Zone at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH) campus, our partners already benefit from the vibrant ecosystem, enabling opportunities to share expertise, resources and specialist facilities to benefit collaboration, achieve our shared vision and solve real-world precision medicine challenges.
The Living Laboratory provides the opportunity and support for industry to locate to the QEUH in Govan. Expanding our precision medicine life sciences cluster, offering growing laboratory and office space and a supportive infrastructure, the Living Laboratory provides opportunities for partners to drive developments from laboratory to health services, quickly benefiting patients and generating substantial savings for the NHS whilst growing and commercialising their business.
