Professor Jim McManus awarded President’s Medal

Professor McManus provided outstanding service to public health during the pandemic.

University of Glasgow alumnus, Professor Jim McManus, has been awarded the President’s Medal by the President of the Faculty of Public Health of the Royal Colleges of Physicians for Outstanding Service to Public Health during the Pandemic. He will also be appointed as President of the Association of Directors of Public Health on 1st October 2021. Read more about his award win here. 

Professor McManus graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1989 with a BD (Hons) degree and was awarded the Cleland and Rae Wilson Medal in Systematic Theology.
