Mr David Treagus

Biography

Mr David Treagus graduated with Honours from the University of Glasgow in 2014. Subsequently, he spent seven years in general dental practice, where he gained valuable experience in various aspects of dentistry. During this time, he achieved Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Driven by his passion for endodontics, Mr Treagus pursued advanced training by completing a three-year Masters program in Endodontology at the University of Chester. Following, Mr Treagus has achieved a Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education with the University of Dundee. He is committed to providing high quality endodontic treatment required to save patients teeth.

In clinical practice, David works at Vermilion – The Smile Experts, Edinburgh, exclusively on providing root canal treatment, managing endodontic complications and offering vital pulp therapies to patients.

In addition to his clinical work at Vermilion, David also serves as a Clinical Teaching Fellow at Glasgow Dental Hospital and School. In this capacity, he is involved in clinical supervision of undergraduate dental students in the fields of restorative dentistry and endodontics.
